Newsletter signups

Collect mailing-list signups from your storefront and keep them in one list you can export. litecommerce captures subscribers — it doesn't send marketing campaigns, so you sync the list to your own email tool to actually email them.

How shoppers sign up

Your storefront has a footer signup form. Signup uses double opt-in: after someone enters their email, they get a confirmation email and only count as Subscribed once they confirm. That keeps your list clean and consent-based.

The subscriber list

Customers → Newsletter lists everyone who's signed up, with a status:

  • Subscribed — confirmed via the opt-in email.
  • Pending — signed up but hasn't confirmed yet.
  • Unsubscribed — opted out.

Filter by any status or view All.

Export to your email tool

Use Export CSV to download the list and import it into your email platform. Since litecommerce captures rather than sends, the export is how subscribers get into the tool you use for newsletters and campaigns.

Who can do this

Any team member can view the subscriber list and export it — it's read-only in the admin (removing or unsubscribing someone from here is a later addition; people can always unsubscribe themselves). See Team & permissions.
