Plans & limits

See which plan you're on and how your usage compares to its limits under Settings → Plan & Usage.

Plans

There are three tiers — Free trial, Pro, and Enterprise. On Enterprise, limits show as Unlimited.

What's measured

The page tracks your current usage against the plan's limit for:

  • Catalog items
  • Storefront API calls today
  • Catalog media storage
  • Staff seats

Soft limits

As you approach a limit you'll see a warning (around 80%), and an alert if you go over it. These are soft limits — nothing is blocked automatically today, so a brief overage won't break your store.

Upgrading

Need more headroom? Use Request upgrade — today it opens an email to our team, who'll get you moved up. Self-serve billing is coming in a later release.

Who can do this

Any team member can view your plan and usage — it's a read-only page.
